My account was charged 3 different time on 3 different days. And my phone was turned off and I'm the main line.

I finally got my phone turned back on, but they told me a week ago that the 2 different amounts would be refunded back into my account. I had to call back today and it still wasn't. So all in all they over charged me, and is giving me the run around about where my money is. Their phone service is not worth almost 200 dollars for one month.

They stole my money and now is trying to get out of it. They are thief's so beware

The stole money from me too! I told my bank about the unauthorized charge. My bank is charging them with fraud.
