I continually lose service and calls get dropped & the internet connections suck.I have tried and tried to fix it with no resolve.
Then on 7/15/17 with 10 days left on my family mobile acct, I went to deactivate all 3 of my family mobile phones and move to another provider. When I asked for a refund for the 10 days that I have remaining on my prepay (which was Walmart's idea) I was told "as per terms and agreement we do not issue refunds". So basically I have lost the money I prepaid for service up to 7/25/17. which amounts to approx.
$40.00. This is ***. I definitely would never ever recommend anyone to use this service. The call rep I had barely spoke English and all they do is read from a script.

I didn't like: Coverage area, Phone service was not great and customer service sucks, Pathetic family mobile service and payment servicing, Reduced speeds by t mobil, I did not like customer service.
