I just called to activate new sim but customer service rep talked a mile a minute and was somewhat condescending. She kept saying press 1 to get into voicemail but I didn't need to 'press 1" for number appeared automatically on the phone screen.

And at end of call to test voicemail she said but I didn't hear her not to pick up the phone for she talked so fast. She really wanted to get me off the phone, very impatient. Worse call I've ever had. Usually they are more cordial than this.

I am glad she helped me to get my phone working again though.

Maybe she was having a bad day. For weeks I have not been able to retrieve voicemail msgs which is frustrating and had no phone service while waiting 3 days for sim card to come in.
