When I brought my plan I paid for the 35$ Thinking it would be cool. 2 day into my plan I’m out of data. Call see if I can pay the difference and upgrade. Customer services was rude didn’t know what to do. I had to pay 50 more $ to get more data. My services don’t work...Read more

My Family Mobile - Service is a rip off
I bought my grand daughter a brand new phone and never activated it cause like a lot of teens she wanted one like her friends instead. well i was going to use it on a different network only to find out family mobile requires i pay for 12 months of service first. what a scam. i already paid for the phone and now i am being forced to pay for 12 months of service. highway robbery!! Do Not Fall In This Trap!!

Since family mobile switched to Trac phone it's been a horrible experience. I can't pull up anything on internet too slow. All it's good for is that emergency phone call. Please get back to T Mobile service. You just lost this customer.Read more
