Contacted cs got the run around, put on recordings, and hung up on!never got,transfered to supervisor to fix issues just got idians with thick accents reading off note cards.

Since family mobile switched to Trac phone it's been a horrible experience. I can't pull up anything on internet too slow. All it's good for is that emergency phone call. Please get back to T Mobile service. You just lost this customer.
