My Family Mobile - Worse service ever!

This is by far the worst service I have ever dealt with! Not only can you not watch videos on the horrible phone I got which is a Galaxy S7, but your phone calls are always disconnected! It's almost impossible to connect with Wi-Fi!

My Family Mobile - Rediculous!

Called to add a line to my plan, the lady who answered disconnected my line I was calling on. I called back on a different phone was told my sim was shut off and would have to wait 3 days to get my original phone reconnected... talked to a manager who said I just have to suck it up...ugh! So angry..

I can never get an answer to any problems i have. I can never understand the customer service rep. They are not efficient and have a don't care attitude. I will never recommend this service to anyone
