I requested a new phone number. Instead of being given a new number, they cancelled my service. I called in and did the online chat. They told me I need to purchase a new sim card and service. I just purchased service last week. My sim card was working perfectly fine...

OK! I hope you are ready for this! I think your little talk to a pro, or whatever you call it is nothing more than a Walmart Scam! I need to find out why there was a $20 increase in my bill

this is the first time I have come across a situation where I was asked to PAY to talk during a chat session!

Over charged me and I paid up two months last month but it over charged me this month and made me buy another serveice plan for $86

Last month I purchased a $86 2lines unlimited card forgetting I setup autopay so I called to see about refund and couldnt get one so I said leave it for next month and now a month later I had to buy another service card 2 lines unlimited and I had already paid up this month, last month so I was over charged how can I get my money back

Cannot make calls

I tried to call someone last night and it told me I couldn't make a call so I turned my phone on and off and I tried to call customer service and I expected to talk to a human but kept getting a recorded call instead. They're not helping me whatsoever. They sent me "directions" to fix it but it did not work. I know my phone bill is paid and I've been a customer for a long time so I don't know what's going on.

Theft of account money

paid my monthly renewal service plan and you kept charging my card and i now have ZERO balance on my card! i had other bills to pay which now have late fees and no money on my card.am told i have to wait 30 days for a refund! you didnt have to wait 30 days,my payment was immediate.i would not use family mobile. they delete all funds from your account and will not refund y your money your money

User's recommendation: do not use family mobile they are thieves.

I feel that walmart family plan need's to be as they say if you pay for the top service than to the most for your money if something say ultimate unlimited than that's what the service should be .
