Will you compensate me for my time spent trying to resolve my service issue?my telephone number is 501293****. I recently reactivated my service at 3am 6/29/2020 at 1:23 pm I tried to make a call and still no service.

I rebooted my phone and still nothing. At 1:37pm my first call was made to 611. It took over an hour after you guys to finally get something done. And the last two agents did acceptable jobs.

but the fact that I had to have access to another phone and remain on the line to confirm the problem had been fixed. This step should never occur. So, by my calculations my phone service was not on for ten hours and I had to waste and 1 hour of my time and you had to utilize another network to perform this function.

Definitely, some kinda of compensation is necessary, an extra day of service would mean more than the multiple apologies I received. Sincerely, Miles Donoho

Phone number ported without permission.

My number was switched to Metro without my permission. It's been 2 weeks and I have not gotten my number back yet.

Every time I call they say it will be 24 hours. Don't understand why it's taking so long.
