All was fine until a few months ago when they changed to Service Renewal plans. The billing changed every month.
When you call Customer Service, everyone is a Supervisor (and calls are not handled in US). I talked to three different people on three separate calls and got a different amount due and told i didnt have the plan i requested .
We switched to another carrier because of the poor service, and was told that this was not a valid reason for a refund! Service Will never use again and will not refer anyone!
