Our straight talk phone broke.GOT NEW 1 FROM WAL-MART.

CALLED TO ACTIVATE WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT STRAIGHT TALK PHONE WOULD SEND A SIM CARD IN 2 DAYS. TOOK 5 DAYS TO RECEIVE. IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE CARD. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID OOP!!

WE MAIL YOU ANOTHER OTHER WILL TAKE 5 DAYS AGAIN. THEY CANNOT OVERNIGHT IT. CAN ONLY POSTAL MAIL EXPRESS. WHICH IS BULL ***.

WHEN I WENT TO GIVE MY ADDRESS PHONE WENT DEAD. I TRIED FOR 5 MORE HOURS TO GET SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND TALK TO ME. THEY ASKED THE SAME EXACT QUESTIONS FOR HOUR 45 MINUTES. THEN PHONE DIED AGAIN.

I HAVE NOW LOST ALL MY PATIETCE. CALLED BACK NOW ITS MIDNIGHT FINALLY GET SOMEONE THAT GOING TO MAIL ME THE NEW SIM CARD.

YOUR CALL CENTER SUCKS!SUCKS!
