My Family Mobile - What happened to my service

I have had my family mobile for a long time. I have always recommended it to everyone. The customer service was never very good but you get what you pay for. However, recently I am very unhappy with the service and after many years I am switching to another affordable service. Tracfone was the worst decision you could have made. Good bye my family mobile
