I have been a customer of Family Mobile for 3 years. I had 3 lines with them.

Found out that they were leaving T-mobile and converting to Trac-Phone. Went to T-Mobile direct and signed up got 3 sim cards. 2 of the 3 phones worked fine the 3rd is suddenly locked. 3 days of phone calls / e-mails / Phones calls told to call samsung - did that samsung confirmed that the IMEI lock was from walmart.

Walmart confronted with it and they denied it, defelected to T-Mobile. T-Mobile confirmed that Family Mobile is responsible. Walmart confronted again. Now they cant find record of the IMEI number, states that they cant unlock it.

Funny put the family mobile sim card back in and it works. Had a so called 'manager' from family mobile pretend that he could not here me and hung up. was to get a call back from a manager within an hour - it has now been 5. They are LIARS and thieves.

Just wait til Mr.

Carlos "obamaphone millions" Slim and Trac Phone jumps on board. That whole customer service group/tech staff/ all of them should be arrested Cant have enough lawsuits against these idiots.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1100.

Preferred solution: Unlock my phone or buy me 3 new ones.
