Called customer service from Walmart to make a payment and stated to rep exactly how much I was authorizing her to takeas a payment . I ASKED REPEATLY, 5 TIMES TO ENSURE SHE UNDERSTOOD HOW MUCH I WANTED TO PAY .

She repeated the payment amount back to me and said the amount that was going to be authorized which was the correct . Checked my account and she overcharged me almost $100. Called back and nobody seemed to understand ENGLISH, they were BEYOND RUDE and keep transferring me to different departments and none of them spoke good or understood English either. My funds werent credited back to my account!

I absolutely HATE FAMILY MOBILE AS MY SERVICE PROVIDER and will be looking to change providers at the end of my cycle. Every month it's something different with Family Mobile overcharging my amount.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
