walmart family moble had for 2 years, last two months cant receive my calls, calls going to voice mail.cant make calls many times , cant hear on phone because of badd connections, customer service do not speak english can only try to explain and they tell me its the best it will be since switching to trac phone as carrier.

Walmart did this on purpose to stop their service, can only speak to the people from other country to complain and they have no idea, reading from a script.this is cheap very foul way to treat customers walmart , I ask for a refund they said they could not, i read where so many are complaining after being loyal customers for years, and walmart just send us to whatever country to complain, you are the worst walmart.
