I need a way to keep othrs and myself updated. i am a hurricane harvey survivor unless i die because of my phone being turned off and no communtication and no power and no gasoline or transportation .i requested to pay two months bill next month because i lost everything and we had no service for days and the company doesnt care .im changing phone companies and posting on media for other hurricane survivors to do the same.

And i requested a translator and was denied if any lawyer wants to help me receive a resolution it would be greatly appreciated they flat out told me the did not care about the hurricane victims. Donna at corporate for family mobile was rude and cold to me and have no care for the human life zero Compassion and wouldnt let me speak with anyone else snd if i was being recorded they never told me so they probably violated our wiretap laws and consumer rights laws i want something to be done people need compassion and large companies like this get away with murder

Similar situation pay. Had autopay for several years with NO problem until Tracfone came along and bought MyFamilyMobile and screwed up the website and billing system.

I get confusing text messages I have been "disenrolled" from autopay when I did no such thing. Had service cut off one month because they failed to get my autopay (NOT a problem with my bank card). Website is no longer helpful. Does not tell me how much coming bill will be (or if it does, it is wrong).

Does not allow me to pay "manually" online until past due date, when I now stress they will cut me off because of THEIR problems, not mine--so I go ahead and pay. Customer support lines swear autopay will work but I have no confidence yet, given the continuuing odd text messages and website debacles. These problems began early summer 2017.

Surely they can fix this mess?? Otherwise, I can't complain about value and how amount of data in plans has increased over the years at same price so they remain competitive.
