My Family Mobile - Donna at corp. said she didnt care i was trying to survive
I need a way to keep othrs and myself updated.i am a hurricane harvey survivor unless i die because of my phone being turned off and no communtication and no power and no gasoline or transportation .i requested to pay two months bill next month because i lost everything and we had no service for days and the company doesnt care .im changing phone companies and posting on media for other hurricane survivors to do the same.
And i requested a translator and was denied if any lawyer wants to help me receive a resolution it would be greatly appreciated they flat out told me the did not care about the hurricane victims.Donna at corporate for family mobile was rude and cold to me and have no care for the human life zero Compassion and wouldnt let me speak with anyone else snd if i was being recorded they never told me so they probably violated our wiretap laws and consumer rights laws i want something to be done people need compassion and large companies like this get away with murder
