Walmart Family Mobile - *** service and liars

My family mobile needs to be shut down. It is worthless.
They overcharge you then when you call make promises of a total refund meaning a month free. When they refund part of it and you call they say oh we have no proof you paid and if you want the total refund will turn off the phones. At this point turn them off, I have *** for service anyways! My bill was $104.81, I was charged $156.91, put my bank in the hole -$50.64, bank fee $30, only refunded $51.53 putting me at $.46 with a bank fee still.
Family mobile needs to go. They are crooks and liars.

They are liers said they will help there customers through the coronavirus and give them unlimited data I didn't give them anything and said oh well you're not an existing customer will yes I was they made a mistake on their computer and I had to get my service reconnected because they made a mistake and I don't have service and cannot get anything on my phone there's Liars the Better Business Bureau should definitely shut them down
Exactly, customer service is outside United States, can't understand them, promised credits for no service, right.... they lie, I'm done.
Can't speak to a supervisor, two months in a row I was told they are redoing T mobile towers.
Very dishonest. Stay far away
Tmobile doesn't carry my family mobile anymore. Sold it to tracfone.....
my daughter has total wireless which is also through tracfone but doesn't have the issues I'm experiencing. Thinking of changing.....
