We canceled our service with WALMART Family Mobile in November 2016 and had the cell number ported to another provider.WALMART has continued to bill us without explanation and is now THREATENING to send us to collection.
I have a 100% pay history with everyone I've ever purchased from! I can't access our old account online to review the bill because IT NO LONGER EXISTS but WALMART threatens me anyway! I called Customer Service and they said that they could only discuss this with my wife? I bought the service, it's on MY credit card, I pay the bill and they won't talk to me to clear this up.
They even have the WRONG NAME on the account!!!!! I've even sent messages to them on their Family Mobile Customer Support FACEBOOK page and can't even get a response there! I have never experienced such an inept organization as WALMART! They are rude, fraudulent, and harassing!!!
They don't even have an email address for Customer Service!!!!????
They don't want you to be able to reach them so they can RIP YOU OFF!Is it time for an Attorney??
