I did not understand the new bill payment line so i talked to a rep and she kept pushing buttons in my ear so i asked for a manger and she said she was the manger so i called back in one day i got seventeen mangers who could not help me been with the company seven years not any more my children and i will no longer deal with them they lost five more customers.
